1. Privacy policy

I don't use your data in any way whatsoever other than to answer your inquiry.
In other words, I just save your eMail address (or your phone number if you send it to me) if you contact me.
I guarantee that I won't sell or give your data to anybody, ever.

2. Cookies

My website - Car Design - sets a cookie.
Read this page on cookies at Wikipedia, if you need to read up on the topic.
My cookie remembers which pages you visited in the past, and the information that you previously entered into the contact form (if you did contact me).
Oh, and there are no third-party cookies on this website.

3. Responsible person

I am Alex B. and I made this web site.
Read this, should you need to know who Alex B. is?!
Alex B. is based in Germany, and according to the German law (§ 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 TMG), there is no reason whatsoever to publish my tax number (Steuernummer), nor my VAT ID number (Ust.-ID-Nr.) nor my Economic ID number (Wirtschafts-ID-Nr.) here.

4. No suing without previous contact

If you think any bit of my website violates any rights of third parties or legal regulations, I insist that you contact me before doing anything else.
Should your complaint be legitimate, which I don't think is possible, I will take action immediately to correct it.
You are free to use a lawyer, albeit at your own expense. Any and all costs incurred by you without prior contact will not only be completely rejected, but I will, where appropriate, take legal action against you for an infringement of this very condition.
